I have been working as a massage therapist since 2008. I feel passionately about working directly with people to help with their well being. Until the Covid 19 outbreak I was the massage therapist for the chemotherapy unit at the Nuffield Health Brighton providing massage and reflexogy treatments to their patients. I have also worked regularly with the residents at Brighton’s Maycroft Manor care home, providing reflexology treatments for residents needing nursing care and those with dementia. I use a wide range of aromatherapy oils and can also provide these separately on request. I also provide onsite massage for offices, wellbeing days and sports events and have worked at the Brighton Marathon giving massages for those running for various charities. I have taken my care of people further with my training in counselling skills.
I trained for holistic massage alongside anatomy and physiology at the College of Classical Massage in Brighton and continued to develop complimentary skills through a VCTC in reflexology and VCTC in aromatherapy at Brighton City College.
I offer regular treatments from my home in Brighton.
I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and am fully insured.
